It was knitted using 4 strands of 2ply lambswool held together and 8mm needles, then put through the washing machine and dryer with my towels twice. I graded the colours from totally purple for the flap through to totally black under the flap.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/1873\/999\/1600\/FeltedBag6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display:block;cursor:hand;text-align:center;margin:0 auto 10px;\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/1873\/999\/320\/FeltedBag6.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a> You can see the colour grading a little better on the back of the bag.
